How do I choose the right size?
Jackets, suits and trousers usually come in Italian sizes (for example 48, 50, 52); shirts in collar size in centimetres (for example 39, 40, 41).
If in doubt, send us your height, weight and usual size on WhatsApp: we will recommend the right size before you buy.
How do Italian sizes compare with UK and US sizes?
For jackets and suits, the Italian size minus 10 usually matches the UK and US size: 48 → 38, 50 → 40, 52 → 42. Fit still varies from model to model: message us for precise advice.
Devoluciones y cambios
Can I return or exchange an item bought online?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with its tags. Write to us with your order number and we will send you the shipping instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
The cost depends on the destination and is shown in the cart before you pay.
We ship with tracked express courier. Indicative times: Italy 1–3 business days, Europe 3–5, rest of the world 5–10. Full shipping details
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For destinations in the rest of the world, any duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Suits, jackets and shirts cut to your measurements: choose fabric, model and details with us in our Como boutique.
Book an appointment online by choosing a free day and time: the meeting lasts about 60 minutes.

Can I collect my order in store?
Yes: choose free pick-up at our Como boutique in the cart. We will let you know when your order is ready.
Where are the PLINIVS boutiques and what are the opening hours?
There are two boutiques in the historic centre of Como: Via Cinque Giornate, 15, 22100 Como (CO) · Via Cinque Giornate, 11, 22100 Como (CO).

Can I try on in store an item I saw online?
Yes. Send us the item and size on WhatsApp: we will check it is in the boutique when you visit.
Pagos y factura
How can I pay?
Online, you pay on Stripe's secure page by credit or debit card and with the other methods Stripe offers in your country. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. On the payment page, indicate that you are buying as a business and enter your company name and VAT number.
